1. All customers booking and attending a session at Happy Town Play Cafe(Pty) Ltd, company number 2025/874243/07 ("Happy Town") understand and accept the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully prior to any bookings.

2. ​All parents and guardians understand and accept that Happy Town has no liability at its premise for any injuries or death of any persons, or loss of or damage to any property, howsoever caused, even arising from negligence of any degree, whether directly or indirectly. 

3. A booking entitles the bearer entry into Happy Town and all its play areas and activities for a pre-defined session for 1 hour.

4. A child must be accompanied by an adult, duly authorised by the child's parent or guardian, to gain entry, and the  child must remain supervised by such adult while at the premises.

5. Customers with pre-booked tickets are given priority entry and Happy Town cannot guarantee entry for visitors without a prior online booking.

6. If you wish to cancel your play session booking, you must give us 24 hours' notice prior to the start time of the booked play session.  Failure to do so will result in full payment for the number of bookings made.

7. Customers hiring out the venue are to pay the amount in full no less than 14 days prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in losing the booking.

8. If you wish to cancel your venue hire booking, you must give us a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the date of your event. Failure to do so will result in 70% retainment of the venue hire fee.

9. Booking prices are quoted in ZAR and are to be paid upon entry. Prices may change from time to time and our booking systems will be updated accordingly.

10. Happy Town's opening hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Tuesday to Friday, and 9.00am - 3.30pm on weekends and public holidays.

11. Happy Town operates 6 play sessions daily during the week, each for 1 hour and starting at 9.00am, 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm, 2.00pm and 3.15pm.

12. Happy Town operates 5 play sessions during the weekend and on public holidays starting at 9.00am, 10.15am, 11.30am, 12.45pm and 2.00pm.

13. Customers are asked not to arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of their session as the staff need to clean up between sessions.

14. You may arrive later than your allocated start time, however you will still be required to leave at the end of the session even if you have not been there for the full 1 hour.  It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your session and we cannot be held responsible for any delays you may experience.  Refunds will not be given if you miss your session or part of it.

15. Happy Town reserves the right to close the whole or part of the venue at any time if deemed necessary for the security and safety of guests and staff. 

16. Customers may not bring outside food and drink into Happy Town, unless needed babies are bottle or breast feeding. There is a comprehensive range of drinks and baked goods available to purchase from our café on site.

17. Customers may not eat or drink in any of the designated play areas.

18. All personal belongings and property brought into Happy Town by visitors is done so at the owners risk.  Happy Town accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit. Personal items such as books and toys may not be used in the play areas and should remain packed away.

19. Upon leaving please ensure that any Happy Town property is left behind.

20. Customers can take photographs of their own children only for personal, private, non-commercial purposes only.   Unless permission has been expressly granted by us, pictures and images cannot be reproduced in any format or media other than for private viewing.

21. Happy Town will only share photographs of children playing on our website, social media or promotional materials with prior consent from parents/guardians.

22. Right of admission is reserved.
